These terms govern your use of the HavenPaw Wellness LLC(“HavenPaw”) website and services. By using our site or completing the wellbeing check, you agree to them.

What we do, and what we are not

HavenPaw is a platform that connects clients with independent, state-licensed mental health professionals who can assess and, where appropriate, issue an emotional support animal letter. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide legal advice. The clinical decision to issue a letter rests entirely with the licensed professional.

No guaranteed outcome

Completing the wellbeing check does not guarantee that a letter will be issued. A clinician will only issue a letter if they determine an emotional support animal is appropriate for you. If they do not, you are not charged for the letter.

Our money-back promise

We stand behind our work. If you qualify and receive a valid letter, but it is rejected for a housing accommodation for a reason directly tied to the validity of the letter, contact us and we will refund your fee. This promise does not cover denials based on factors unrelated to the letter, such as an animal posing a documented direct threat.

Honest scope of an ESA letter

An emotional support animal letter supports housing accommodation requests under the Fair Housing Act. It does not grant public-access rights, and it does not provide the air-travel rights of a trained service animal. We will never claim otherwise.

Payment

The fee for the service is $129, charged after a clinician confirms an ESA is appropriate for you. Prices are shown in US dollars.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service honestly. Providing false information may invalidate a letter and end your access to the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HavenPaw is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or service. Clinical services are provided by independent licensed professionals who are responsible for their own clinical judgment.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
