We use your information to match you with an appropriately licensed clinician, to deliver your letter, to provide support, and to improve our service. We do not sell your personal information, and we never share your health details with your landlord. A landlord only ever sees the letter itself.

Clinical consultations and the records created from them are handled under HIPAA-level privacy and security standards. Access is limited to the people who genuinely need it to provide your care.

Sharing with clinicians and service providers

To deliver the service we share necessary information with the independent, licensed clinician assigned to you, and with trusted providers who help us operate, such as secure hosting and payment processing. These providers are bound to protect your information.

Your choices and rights

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, clinical, and accounting obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
